Our Story
NSES was born from the realization that the Mid-Atlantic's commercial building stock — a mix of historic pre-war structures and modern glass towers — deserved better than legacy thermostats and siloed HVAC systems.
Starting as a controls subcontractor for mechanical firms, we quickly recognized that the real value wasn't just in wiring DDC panels — it was in the intelligence layer above them. We began building cloud-connected platforms that could aggregate data from disparate BAS systems, apply analytics, and deliver actionable insights to building operators in real time.
